How much is the delivery on my order?

Delivery is calculated based upon weight.  In order to get an accurate delivery cost, please just add your required tiles to your basket and then click either look at your Cart or go to your Checkout, there is no requirement to buy at this stage, this will take you to our checkout which will show a breakdown of your order including all delivery charges.

How long will the delivery of my ceiling tiles take?

We aim to get all deliveries to you within 72 hours (3 working days), we deliver and process orders on a Monday to Friday basis.  All weekend orders will be processed on a Monday for delivery within three working days (72 hours).  We regularly deliver within 2 working days (48 hours) but cannot guarantee this.  Please see our delivery page for further information.  If you need your tiles by a certain date or within a timescale please send us an email and we'll confirm availability and do our best to help out where we can.

Why should I choose you for replacement ceiling tiles?

We have been involved in the suspended ceiling industry for over 30 years!  We know suspended ceilings and suspended ceiling tiles.  We are a family run business and we take pride in taking care of all of our customers on an individual basis.  We have invested in a secure website, with an SSL certificate, and transfer you to a Sagepay secure server to actually make your payments so you can be sure that the actual online payment process is secure.   We then also all work hard to ensure that all of our orders are despatched and delivered on time.

Do you cover the whole of the UK with delivery?

We cover mainland England, Wales and Scotland - Lands End to John O'Groats and anywhere in between!

How can I pay for my ceiling tiles?

You can pay online using all major debit or credit cards using either Sagepay (or soon Paypal).  For Public Sector, Government or Educational customers we offer a Purchase Order system (please follow the link for further informationpur on this payment system).

Can you work out my requirements for a ceiling if I send you the measurements?

Of course we can!  Please just send us an email using our contact form and we will get back to you with a list of required components.

Do you offer a supply and fit service?

We do!  Just send us an email with your suspended ceiling requirement and we'll happily get back to you with a cost.  We generally work and install ceilings in the West Midlands area; but do get in touch and ask us for a price even if you're out of this area and if we can't help you we'll tell you.

Which tile should I use?

We have offered guidance where ever we can, we have provided this by using manufacturer technical guidance.
