Payment Information

You can pay for your order in a number of ways at the Suspended Ceiling Shop. We would like to point out that we never see your card details, handle your card details or store your card details - all of this information is provided by you on a securely hosted sever by one of our payment processors. We have chosen this option in order to provide the most secure environment for you to order. Our payment processors are:

1. Sagepay - When you have chosen and selected your ceiling tiles you simply click on the Checkout button on the right hand side of the page, choose to either Register with us or use the Guest checkout and then select SagePay as your payment option. Your order details are then encrypted and sent using a secure connection to the SagePay server. This is where you fill out your personal card details and complete your transaction in a secure environment. You will then be returned to us to see a confirmation screen.

2. PayPal - We are currently looking at adding PayPal as a payment option, it isvery similar to SagePay. You simply choose the required tiles, add them to your basket, checkout using either the Register or Guest process and select PayPal as your way to pay. Your order details are then encrypted and sent via a secure connection to the PayPal server where you will be asked to either log in to your PayPal account, or click on Use A Credit Card on the left hand side of the screen. This part of your payment is hosted by PayPal on their secure servers.

3. Purchase Order - We are currently investing in a Purchase Order system which will be available to the Public Sector. If you would like some further information on this please read our Purchase Order page and we would be happy to discuss this option with you.

4. Cheque - We will accept cheques, please ring us with your order if you would like to pay by cheque. Regretfully we will not be able to release any goods until we have received the cheque and have the cleared balance in our account.

We have chosen to allow the above payment processors to process our transactions with you because of their commitment and ability to comply with all PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirements and for the added security they bring when processing a transaction. We're happier knowing that we're both safe!

We regret that we cannot take payments over the phone, only via the internet.
