Delivery Information
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible! We deliver nationwide using the APC Courier Network. When viewing a product page you are able to see our current stock levels of ceiling tiles - provided that the number of boxes of tiles that you require are in stock with us then you will receive your tiles within 72 hours/three working days (we regularly deliver within 48 hours however this is not guaranteed). All deliveries and orders are processed and sent out for delivery on a Monday to Friday basis. Weekend orders are processed on a Monday morning.
If you require more ceiling tiles than we currently have in stock please send us an email (monitored all day 0800-1800 Monday-Friday) or ring us, our contact details are available here. We recieve a fresh shipment of stock and tiles at least once a week so can very easily call upon a large amount of stock when required.
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed by Sagepay and by us.
Delivery costs are based entirely upon weight and final destination, so we are unable to give you an exact delivery cost until you provide us with your address during the checkout process.
The below rates will however cover 99% of our deliveries providing you are on the mainland UK and not in the Scottish Highlands, if you require:
-
one box of ceiling tiles, this will cost £10.00 +VAT
-
two boxes of ceiling tiles - £20.00 +VAT
- three boxes of ceiling tiles - £30.00 +VAT
- four boxes of ceiling tiles - £ 40.00 + VAT
- Between 5 and 10 cartons - £50.00 +VAT
- Between 11 and 30 cartons - £60.00 +VAT
- Between 31 and 60 cartons - £120.00 +VAT
- Between 61 and 80 cartons - £140.00 +VAT
(Please be aware that these figures are approximate values based on average orders and distances. If you have an order for a large number of boxes please do get in touch with us - we may be able to offer you a special rate on the delivery. We also have a minimum charge of £5.00 +VAT on smaller items such as teg blocks and small fixings, but again, this is all worked out on weight.)
Orders need to be processed during the checkout to ensure an accurate delivery price; we're sorry about this but it cannot be helped unfortunately. Fortunately however, finding out is very simple - in order to find out the price for delivery you only need to, either, Register or choose the Guest Checkout and enter a few details such as name, and where the tiles will be going and the cart will be able to provide a shipping cost to you.
The table below shows you our order processing system and time scales involved in an order exlcusing Bank Holiday times and Christmas where these may vary. The below are based upon delivery to standard addresses in the UK excluding off outer areas of the Scottish Highlands and off shore addresses.
For example:
Order Placed - Monday
Despatch Day - Tuesday or Wednesday. Dependant upon how busy we are we will try and despatch the day after an order but always within 48 hours after an order.
Delivery Day - Wednesday or Thursday. Delivery day will the day following Despatch; we use APC Overnight who offer a 24hour delivery service with a delivery window between 8am and 4pm.
These times below, and example above, are based upon stock sales. You can only order what we have in stock from our website, in being up front about what we have you can be sure that we can stick to our delivery schedules and that we don't have to call you after an order to explain we cannot deliver within 72 hours. Special orders of non stock tiles, or large orders, will be subject to delivery times imposed upon us.
When should you expect delivery?
| Order Placed | Despatch Day | Delivery Day |
| Monday | Tues/Wed | Wed/Thur |
| Tuesday | Wed/Thurs | Thurs/Fri |
| Wednesday | Thurs/Fri | Fri/Mon |
| Thursday | Fri/Mon | Mon/Tues |
| Friday | Mon/Tues | Tues/Wed |
All deliveries are made via APC Couriers or by a Pallet Network so you can be sure of a safe delivery. All deliveries of pallets are to nearest kerb side (or as near to your desired location as the driver can get) and tiles will be delivered to a front office or door.
