1) Information

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days from day of order.  We deliver nationwide using a carefully selected national courier network and national pallet network.

When viewing a product page you are able to see our current stock levels of ceiling tiles (this is noted in the information to the right hand side of the main product image) - provided that the number of boxes of tiles that you require are in stock with us then you will receive your tiles within 72 hours/three working days (we regularly deliver within 48 hours however this is not guaranteed).

If you require more ceiling tiles than we currently have in stock, or we are out of stock, please send us an email (enquiry@suspendedceilingshop.co.uk monitored all day 0800-1800 Monday-Friday) for an update on availability, our contact details are available here, this will then allow us to add your requirement to our next delivery.  We recieve a fresh shipment of stock and tiles at least once a week so can very easily call upon a large amount of stock when required.

All deliveries and orders are processed and sent out for delivery on a Monday to Friday basis.  Weekend orders are processed on a Monday morning.

If we are ordering in a non-stock item for your or a larger order, please be aware that these can be subject to extended deliveries times imposed upon us by the manufacturers.

All deliveries are made via our couriers or pallet network so you can be sure of a safe delivery.  All deliveries of pallets are to nearest kerb side (or as near to your desired location as the driver can get) and tiles will be delivered to a front office or door.

2) Costs

NEW - **If you would like a shipping estimate**

  • The easiest way to get a shipping estimate is to simply add the items you would like to your cart.
  • Then click on Checkout on the right hand side of the screen, there is no commitment to buy at this stage.
  • Our one page checkout will show you the shipping costs associated with your order, as well as a breakdown of the costs with your order in the right hand column.  Please see below for a screen shot of our Checkout page showing examples of these details.
  • You can then go on to order from this stage by filling out the rest of the page.
